Live Free Endurance is built around one idea: you don’t need a more complicated plan, you need a way to train that actually fits your life.
Whether you’re just getting started, working on consistency, or looking for full coaching support, each option is designed to help you move forward, stay consistent, and adjust when something isn’t working.
*Each coaching package includes the option to focus on strength only, running and strength, or triathlon and strength, with pricing based on your selection.
Every athlete comes in at a different place. Some are just getting started. Some are rebuilding. Some are ready for full support.
We’ll figure that out together based on your goals, experience, and current training life so you can choose the option that actually fits—not just what sounds the hardest or most advanced.

MEET YOUR COACH
At Live Free Endurance, I coach runners and triathletes stuck in the “one day” cycle, ready to start or restart, but unsure how to do it safely or sustainably.
I’ve loved endurance sports since I was a kid, but I didn’t truly learn how to train properly until adulthood. I had to rebuild after injury and a diagnosis that forced me to rethink everything, and those experiences are a big part of why Live Free Endurance exists today.
Most of the athletes I work with are motivated, but overwhelmed by conflicting advice, inconsistent progress, or the feeling of constantly starting over.
My coaching is built to bring clarity back to training and help you build something that actually fits real life. We focus on consistency, strength, and confidence so you can stop second-guessing every workout and start trusting the process again.
